Responsibilities

• Work with desktops, laptops, servers, and networks.

• Implement and administer servers.

• Basic administration of switches, firewalls, and routers.
• Handle service requests and incidents, analyze root causes, and meet SLA targets.
• Resolve 1st and 2nd level IT incidents and requests.
• Familiar with capacity and availability management tools.
• Manage assets and generate IT reports.
