Job summary

Visa is seeking a System Analyst to help design, enhance, and build its HR platform in an agile environment. You will own solutions for HR customers, ensuring availability, performance, security, and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will contribute to unit tests, code reviews, and CI with a culture of continuous improvement, working on Workday-related enhancements and integrations. The role requires in-office presence in Bengaluru as specified.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading Workday development, testing and deployments.
• Experience coordinating with HR SMEs to define requirements and deliver data changes.
• Experience with Workday Core HR Operations, Talent Acquisitions, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits and Security configurations.

As a system analyst, you will be part of our developmentteam to help design, enhance and build our HR platform in an agile development environment, you will work independently with minimal insight to develop software that conforms to Visas high standards. As part of this self-driven team, you will have total ownership of the solutions we provide for our HR customers making availability, performance, security, and reliability critical to our success. You will work withcolleagues, who will support and challenge you daily.You will play part of multiple teams tasked with multiple projects.You will work on unit testing, code reviews and regular check-ins to continuous integration that will become part of your DNA.You will see the code written and moved to production within just a few days, to then be used by all Visa employees.If this sounds exciting, we want to chat and tell you more about our work culture and environment and see if this will be a good fit for both of us.

As a system analyst in this team, you will:

Essential Functions:

• As a system Analyst, design, enhance and build our HR platform in an agile development environment.
• Play part of multiple teams tasked with multiple projects ranging from building Custom Workday reports and calculated fields, BIRT Layout designs, Studio Integrations, EIB inbound and outbound integrations to highly functional, secure, scalable, and resilient real time Workday enhancements.
• Extensive knowledge of PICOF, PECI, and any experience with Workday Extend will be preferred.
• Work on unit testing, code reviews and regular check-ins to continuous integration that will become part of your DNA
• Have total ownership of the solutions we provide for our HR and Learning customers making availability, performance, security, and reliability critical to our success.
• Adhere to SDLC governance framework.
• Engage with product managers, design team, and users to ensure that the right learning platforms and content providers are available and accessible to Visa employees and clients around the world.
• Provide technical leadership and partner with technology groups such as Engineering, Network, Security, and Infrastructure on project delivery activities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing integrations to ensure they are functioning optimally.
• Ensure the highest level of Engineering and Operational Excellence following Visas core principles.
• Participate in vendor assessments and selection.
• Participate in various security assessment exercises with close coordination with Visa''s Cyber Security Team.
• Work with limited direction, usually within a complex and fast paced environment to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

• 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 3 years of work experience with an Advanced degree.
• 3 or more years of experience in leading the development, testing, configuration, and implementation of new enhancements in Workday.
• Coordinate with internal and external HR subject matter experts to define requirements and determine recommended solutions to gain approval and execute on project/Data change deliverables.
• Works to streamline complex business challenges into simple, elegant technology solutions
• Manage relationships with HR stakeholders to proactively identify and address issues and provide timely support.
• Pro-actively seeks and identifies continuous improvement opportunities and participates in new release feature and functionality reviews to provide ongoing technical guidance and support
• Experience with Workday Core HR Operations (Human Capital Management), Talent Acquisitions Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Report Development (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and Domain Security configurations.
