Job summary

IFF in Chennai, India is seeking a Systems Administrator III to support infrastructure operations across servers, databases, cloud and desktop engineering. This onsite role partners with global teams to deliver reliable technology services, drive automation, and raise the bar for operational excellence in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

You will analyze complex issues and implement sustainable solutions while ensuring governance, security, AI and automation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Relevant professional experience aligned with the responsibilities and level of the role.
• Experience working effectively in global and cross-functional environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering business outcomes.
• Expertise in the relevant domain, enterprise systems, and technology tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and customer-focused mindset.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft) are preferred.
