• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proven accountability, adaptability, and commitment to learning and development.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and delivering outcomes.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce or SAP are a plus.

The Specialist III, Cybersecurity role supports IFF's global technology organization by delivering outcomes within cybersecurity. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level, solve complex problems, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
