• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and compliance with project standards.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery of IT/OT solutions.

Experience & Responsibilities

• Supervision and implementation of IT/OT projects under government schemes such as DDUGJY, R-APDRP, IPDS, or similar initiatives.
• Lead and support the integration of IT applications, including:
• Billing Solutions
• CIS (Customer Information Systems)
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
• ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
• SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)
• MDMS (Meter Data Management System)
• MDAS (Meter Data Acquisition System)
• Provide integration support and technical guidance for deployment of IT solutions across distribution networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and compliance with project standards.

Desired Skills
