Job summary

Hdfc Securities is seeking a Technical Support Expert to manage end-to-end functionality, deploy apps across environments, and ensure uptime. You will troubleshoot API‑based issues, review logs, and collaborate with infra and security teams to address vulnerabilities.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in fintech systems, cloud experience (AWS preferred), and strong SQL/NoSQL skills, with a knack for rapid issue resolution in a startup-like setting.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years hands-on experience in handling system/microservices in Fintech domain.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science / information technology.
• Experience with debugging in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements functionally as well as technically from end to end.
• Deploy applications, upgrades, and patches across UAT, Production, and DR environments.
• Perform basic database deployment and administration.
• Ensure continuous application uptime and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams on OS, server, network, and firmware changes to maintain stability.
• Act as the primary contact for application availability and performance issues.
• Review logs, analyze exceptions, and read/write basic Java code for issue analysis.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and drive timely issue resolution as per SLAs.
• Work with internal security teams for VAPT and compliance checks, and track closure of vulnerabilities.
• Use basic automation tools for repetitive tasks and test flows.
• Handle API-based troubleshooting and understand network configurations.
• Support testing cycles and ensure applications function correctly after upgrades or maintenance.

As a Technical Support Expert, you will:

• Use basic automation tools (Selenium, Cucumber, Browserstack) for repetitive tasks and test flows.
• Handle API-based troubleshooting and understand network configurations (IPs, ports).
• Support testing cycles and ensure applications function correctly after upgrades or maintenance.

We are looking for someone with:

• 3 -7 years of hands-on experience in handling system/microservices in the Fintech domain.
• Prior experience in designing and developing microservices architecture medium to large scale
• Experience with debugging & solving issues in a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
• Experience with relational SQL databases (PostgreSQL or similar) and NoSQL databases
• Deep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available environment
• Experience with open-source technologies such as Elasticsearch, Redis, etc. and their adoption into products
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, APM, and Kibana
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Willingness to work in a startup‑like environment
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science / information technology Note: Candidates with prior experience in a product company are more preferable.

Following aspects would be a plus:

• Prior experience in FinTech
• Experience in using AWS services such as EC2, S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda, etc.
• Experience with AI/ML or AI-powered systems
• Experience with core trading platforms.
