Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer responsible for defining and managing system-level requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and overseeing system verification and validation activities. The role involves working closely with product owners, engineering teams, and third‑party vendors to ensure successful delivery of integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and document system-level requirements, identifying and assessing applicable ISO/IEC standards.


• Develop and maintain system architecture documentation and interface definitions.


• Create and maintain a Requirements Management Plan, outlining the structure and traceability of:

• Establish and maintain clear ownership of requirements and deliverables between internal teams and external partners.


• Maintain the product risk management file, including risk management plans, system hazard analysis, and risk reports.


• Oversee compliance testing activities and provide guidance on applicable standards and regulatory requirements.


• Develop system verification plans, test protocols, and reports, and conduct end-to-end system testing.


• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to ensure system reliability and performance.


• Work with hardware engineers to define reliability testing scenarios and ensure appropriate validation coverage.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in systems engineering, requirements management, and system architecture documentation.


• Knowledge of ISO/IEC standards and compliance processes.


• Experience in risk management, hazard analysis, and system verification & validation (V&V).


• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.


• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with video processing systems in operating room (OR) environments or similar high-reliability systems.


• Familiarity with medical device systems, imaging systems, or complex hardware-software integrated environments.


• Experience collaborating with hardware and software engineering teams in regulated industries.
