Job summary

Aurionpro is seeking a System & Network Administrator in Visakhapatnam to manage and troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems, enterprise infrastructure, and cloud services.

You will implement AD/Microsoft Entra ID, handle networks, and coordinate with IT teams while following ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in System Administration, Network Administration, and IT Infrastructure Management.
• Manage Windows and Linux systems, servers, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, user access, and security groups.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN and network connectivity issues.
• System monitoring, incident management, RCA and SLA compliance.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS cloud environments, and enterprise applications.
• System deployments, OS configuration, patch management, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with network/infrastructure teams for L1/L2/L3 issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation and ITIL/service management processes.
