Osmos is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Security Administrator to manage the company’s network, endpoints, and lifecycle processes across a two-storey office. You will ensure uptime, coordinate LAN outages, and handle asset inventory for ~500 devices, including laptop setup and AV systems.
You will also manage Google Workspace, GitHub access, Intune Endpoint security, and software licenses, while supporting SOC 2/GDPR compliance and incident runbooks.
Osmos, a B2B SaaS company founded by ex-Amazon ad-tech experts, is revolutionizing retail media with an AI-powered operating system that increases retailer profitability (by up to 7% of sales) and delivers superior ROAS for brands. By enabling Tier 1 retailers and marketplaces worldwide to activate more brands and leverage advanced targeting, we help them secure a lasting competitive edge.
You are the front line of IT at Osmos. Every engineer shipping code, every seller on a customer call, every new joiner opening their laptop on day one, all of it runs on the systems you keep up. You own the network in a two-storey office, roughly 500 devices, and the access layer that decides who can touch what. You also own the controls that keep us audit-ready: least privilege, timely revocation, and evidence that holds up when SOC 2 and GDPR auditors ask.
Maintain and manage internet and infrastructure for the entire company- uptime, capacity, and bandwidth management across a two-storey building
Support the LAN and connectivity; coordinate with the networking vendor and ISP on outages and changes
Handle hardware and asset inventory end to end for ~500 devices: procurement, tagging and tracking in Tiger, laptop issues, and conference-room / AV / sound system setup
Manage endpoints via Intune: enrollment, patch deployment, and verifying screen-lock timeouts, disk encryption (BitLocker / FileVault), and antivirus are active
Own employee lifecycle management. Onboarding: provision Google Workspace, GitHub, and application access per role; set up and hand over hardware. Offboarding: revoke access across all systems within the compliance SLA (target: 24 hours) and document every action
Own compliance management (SOC 2, GDPR, and equivalent): operate the access and onboarding controls, and maintain evidence in Scrut
Coordinate background verification (BGV) for new employees
Manage software licenses: procurement, assignment, and renewals
Write and maintain runbooks and recovery procedures for common, service-impacting issues
Own the IT ticket queue in Zoho: triage, resolve, and elevate issues; meet response and resolution SLAs
1–3 years in IT support, desktop support, or systems administration
Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration
Familiarity with GitHub access and membership management
Hands-on experience with an MDM / endpoint tool (Intune preferred) for patching and compliance
Basic networking- LAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall concepts (Unifi a plus); a networking certification like CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA is a bonus
Comfort supporting both Windows and macOS endpoints
Experience with a ticketing system (Zoho a plus) and SLA-driven support
Clear written and spoken English, and a strong customer orientation
Good security and compliance hygiene- you understand why least privilege and timely revocation matter; exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001, or to tools like Scrut / Vanta, is a plus
Scripting for automation (PowerShell / Bash / Python)- nice to have, not required
