EPAM Systems, Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking a System Architect - Wireless Embedded to lead the architecture of a cloud-native Unified Connectivity Platform spanning Enterprise Wi-Fi, NMS, ACS, Analytics and Service Assurance.

You will drive AP software, firmware, chipset/SDK and AP–Controller architecture. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, defining MVP, target architectures, and roadmaps for future connected network operations, with hands-on work on 802.11 stacks,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in AP software and wireless embedded systems.
• Deep knowledge of embedded Linux and device architecture.
• Experience with AP onboarding, provisioning, OTA updates.
• Strong understanding of WLAN management and 802.11 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP software/wireless embedded architecture discovery with stakeholders.
• Define target AP software and device architecture for MVP and roadmap.
• Design AP–Controller–Cloud integration, including provisioning and policy sync.
• Establish diagnostics, telemetry, and health monitoring mechanisms.
