corrohealth in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, India seeks an End User Support professional to fill a replacement role previously held by Jitender Kumar from the Luminaire IT Team. You will be part of a fast-paced IT support function serving internal users and maintaining day-to-day operations.

The role requires strong client-facing support, basic hardware and software troubleshooting, and coordination with the Luminaire IT Team for knowledge transfer and escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• This position is a replacement role previously held by Jitender Kumar from Luminaire IT Team.
• Basic end-user IT support duties are expected, including incident handling and hardware/software troubleshooting.

This is the replacement position of Jitender Kumar from Luminaire IT Team for End User Support.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
