Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site System Administrator role based in New Delhi. The System Administrator will oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server and network systems, ensuring their optimal performance and security. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine updates and backups, and ensuring compliance with IT security protocols. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with systems installation, configuration, and maintenance, including servers and networks
• Proficiency in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues
• Knowledge of IT security protocols, performing upgrades, patches, and backups
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud computing environments, and network infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar are advantageous
