Job summary

Mphasis is seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Administrator with 6–8 years of IT background to manage the Informatica MDM platform, perform configurations, patches, and production support. The role includes performance tuning, WebSphere administration, and contributing to cloud adoption.

The ideal candidate has strong MDM architectures, data models, and hands-on experience with ETL processes, Snowflake/DB basics, and AWS infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years IT experience with strong Informatica MDM administration background.
• Hands-on with production support, performance tuning, and cloud migration awareness.
• Exposure to AWS services (EC2/EKS/ALB) and SQL/Snowflake databases.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, patch, and maintain Informatica MDM platform.
• Manage WebSphere servers, certificates, and load balancers; ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with ETL, Data Engineering, and business teams on governance and lifecycle.
• Support cloud/IDMC migration initiatives and security practices.
