We have Immediate Opening Project Manager/Product Manager (Technical) with 7- 10 Years project experience in implementing in various domain projects

Project Manager (Technical)- 7-10 Years
Looking for a Techno Manager who needs to own and deliver end to end solutioning , development and maintaining small , medium SAAS / Cloud based Products with a spread across different technologies like Java, .NET, React Js and digital transformation areas of the clients

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.

Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

Analyse economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards.

Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.

Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.

Plan the sprint deliverables, conduct Agile ceremonies in collaboration with the team & client, communicate the same to the client stakeholders.

Ensure team members are motivated for optimal delivery on the tasks.

Timely escalation to Line / reporting managers for any deficiencies

Facilitate any project related training & upskilling.

Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.

Well versed with Agile principles & processes.

Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

Hands on in Agile tools [JIRA, Confluence or equivalent] and communication tools [MS Teams, MS Office or equivalent]

Good communication [Written & Verbal], interpersonal skills & excellent team player.

Scrum Master or any Agile Project Management certification is a good to have.
