Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Senior Manager, IT to ensure the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Our ideal candidate will have advanced technical knowledge and a keen interest in adapting and implementing the industry's best practice processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise IT staff members
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness for the IT department
- Manage and coordinate all IT-related matters including data, wireless communications, mobile technology, telephony, security, and computer hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and solve problems related to hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in preparation and execution of audits
- Research and recommend acquisition of network hardware and software
- Monitor network utilization and performance, implement procedures for network optimization, reliability, and availability
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner
- Develop IT strategy in consultation with Senior Management
- Establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by top management
- Ensure resolution of all technology-related issues as per defined SLAs
- Identify risks and plan mitigation strategies
- Facilitate effective adoption, utilization, and continual improvement of existing technology tools and solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery
- Anticipate unfavorable events through data analysis and prepare control strategies
- Balance both tactical execution with strategic initiatives necessary to drive cost reduction
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills to drive synergies between various business stakeholders and the tech team
- Build long-term relationships with outside vendors for IT-related products and services
- Have a good understanding of managing tickets within SLA
- Know how to perform manpower calculations based on workload
- Knowledge of deploying internet security and other applications to secure our network and data
- Familiarity with tools that can be deployed in SSC for better productivity or tracking
Direct Reports: Present weekly/monthly reports to Executive Management
Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience Requirements: 10-12 years
- Preferred Experience Requirements: 10–12 years of experience in IT and at least 5 years of leadership experience
- Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent
- Preferred Education Requirements: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent

- Microsoft Systems Administration/System Engineer certification will be an asset

Salary: ₹1,500,000.00 – ₹2,000,000.00 per year
