A financial services company in Hyderabad seeks an IT Developer to develop and support web-based contact center applications. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and have at least 3 years of experience in Java, J2EE, and related technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic AGILE environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and support of Call Center cloud & web based applications
Work with Business, Tech Lead and relevant IT teams to implement solutions web projects
Lead onsite diagnosis and resolution of IT related issues using the standard diagnostic tools and techniques
Drive root cause analysis and ensure consistently high availability for the business to ensure they meet their objectives
Review SDLC or Agile artifacts and provide input for IT requirements, estimates, design, code and release plans.
Develop and implement best practices for SDLC or Agile.
Identify new opportunities to drive system improvements and simplifications.
Ensure compliance with security, compliance, architecture, and technology standards.
Work with infrastructure and business teams to support planned maintenance activities.
Work with vulnerability management to ensure application and system vulnerabilities are being addressed.
Ensure systems and applications are current through LCM and upgrade activities.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
Minimum 3+ years + of IT experience.
Minimum 3+ years of experience working with web-based technologies
Minimum 3+ year of hands-on experience on Java and J2EE technologies including Spring, ReactJS and experience in creating microservices.
Experience in Oracle database with good understanding of RDBMS
Good understanding of SDLC processes (waterfall and Agile) and release management processes
Willing to work flexible shift timings to be able to respond to emergencies
Superior oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
