About the job

• Collecting detailed requirements for new standard reports and dashboards in accordance with the data governance policies and standards
• Monitor, support, maintain and improve Tableau reports
• Providing technical support to end-users on BI tools (SAP Business Objects, Tableau) and processes
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency by identifying and correcting errors
• Enable self-service data discovery for ad-hoc analysis by providing users with the tools and resources they need to access and explore the data and helping them to interpret the emerging insights
• Responding to specific data requests and providing quick insights
• Sharing best practices and tips for data analysis and reporting, including the process for identifying new requirements, developing new features, and retiring old products

About you

• University degree/ Education, preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, information management or similar
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• 3+ years experience with data visualization in SAP Business Objects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication proficiency and interpersonal skills
• Experience in SQL(for standard queries and views) , Tableau
