Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Software QA Engineer to join its Quality Center of Excellence. You will automate and validate complex, enterprise-grade systems across Linux and Windows environments, collaborate with security, performance, and automation testing teams, and advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in Software QA, testing enterprise or infrastructure-level products.
• Expert proficiency in Python (preferably Python 3) for test automation and scripting.
• Strong hands-on experience testing CLI-based, client/server applications on Linux and Windows platforms.
• Experience using QA test management systems to ensure functional and regression coverage.
• Excellent communication skills, with the flexibility to collaborate across global, distributed teams and time zones.

Key Responsibilities
