Texas Instruments is seeking a Software Engineering Manager for the RTOS Networking team. In this role, you will direct the activities of a software systems development function, software applications development function, and a software quality assurance function for software enhancements and new products. You will work with key stakeholders in roadmap definition, planning, tracking and delivery of networking software used across multiple product lines.

Qualifications
  • Minimum requirements:
    • Minimum education (e.g., bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer science engineering)
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience
    • Device driver development experience
    • Experience in real‑time operating environments
    • Experience with networking drivers, network stacks, applications and time‑sensitive networking
    • Proven ability with CI/CD workflow, build tools, and debugger environment
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Technical
      • Proven skills in device driver development and real‑time operating environments
      • Deep knowledge of networking drivers, network stacks, applications and time‑sensitive networking
      • Strong CI/CD workflow, build tool, debugger environment, profiling, and benchmarking skills
    • Proven experience in leading engineering teams and people management
    • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
    • Team collaboration and cross‑functional teamwork
    • Strong initiative and results orientation
    • Excellent time management for on‑time project delivery
    • Seasoned in leading software deliveries across multiple product generations and SDKs
