Head Of Information Technology Department | Vapi, Gujarat

Position: IT Head

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Industry: Retail, Hotel

Salary: 13 LPA to 15 LPA

Qualification: BE (CS) / MCA

Experience: 8 – 12 years

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire IT infrastructure (servers, LAN, WAN, WiFi) organization wide.
• Proper assessment of the IT related needs in new projects and ensure their timely implementation.
• Creation and implementation of IT policies and systems across the group.
• Oversee the overall IT service delivery mechanism through a proper escalation matrix.
• Analyse the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
• Oversee the implementation and rollout of various IT related software across the various functions.
• Managing and supervising the employees in the IT department.
• Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
• Oversee the upgradation of existing IT systems and infrastructure to optimize the organizational processes.
• Look after the automation of various business processes across the organization to increase work efficiency.
• Ensure Information Security of all electronic data across the organization.
• Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of all IT related systems and assets.

Key Requirements:

• Should have completed ITIL, MCSA and CCNA certifications.
• Should have domain knowledge of multiple industries: retail, manufacturing, foods & beverages etc.
• Should have experience of working on BI tools, Data Analysis.
• Should have experience of Cloud Computing (Azure / AWS / Google).
• Should have knowledge of web development on PHP / MySQL, .NET, SQL Server.
• Should have SharePoint Administration experience (Office365).
• Should have experience of working on Open-Source technology.
• Should have knowledge of GIS software.
• Should have knowledge of any ERP software (CRM, Project Management tools).
• Should have excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Should be creative and innovative, eager to learn new technologies.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
