Job Description:

Work Location: Can be based anywhere in India, Remote.

The Global Solution Architect Role will be responsible for overall solutioning of all SuccessFactors projects.

The Primary Role will be to design Solutions across Sectors cutting across Industries and Geographies. This is a Functional Role.

Qualifications:

1. 15 years of Total Experience including SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Rich Consulting experience in SAP HCM domain and SAP SuccessFactors.
3. Must have experience in any finance ERP applications viz Oracle Financials / S4 Hana, PeopleSoft Finance etc.
4. Designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) environment and Finance.
5. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in H2R processes and good knowledge around Finance processes.
6. Experience in SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management, Provisioning experience is a must-have.
7. Excellent knowledge around MDF and associated system configuration.
8. 4/5 project Implementations in SAP SF and/or SAP SF Payroll.
9. Must have designed and architected 4/5 different solutions in HR and Finance space.
10. Hands-on with Solution Design Configuration.
11. Workbook Business Blueprint Preparation Execution of Test Cases, Test Plans, Test scripts, Knowledge of MDF foundation objects associations, Business rules and workflows.
12. Participate in requirement gathering, understand the design and take ownership of data conversion and system testing as part of the systems enhancement or implementation projects.
13. Perform analysis and translate business needs and create solution requirements documentation.
14. Develop and/or update product solution overviews, FAQs, and user documentation to support project implementation activities.
