Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking a senior specialist to manage the full compliance cycle for sustainability-related taxes across Europe BU markets. You will coordinate data collection, analytics, sign-off, filing, and archiving, while supporting month-end close and quarterly planning.

The role requires 5+ years in tax compliance or sustainability reporting, advanced Excel skills, and experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Manage the full compliance cycle for sustainability‑related taxes across all Europe BU markets, including data collection, extraction, follow‑up, preparation, analytics, review, sign‑off, filing, payment requests, and archiving.
• Perform month‑end closing activities for sustainability‑related taxes.
• Participate in annual business planning, forecast cycles, and bi‑annual planning meetings with regional stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory changes impacting sustainability‑related taxation and support implementation of legal and business changes.
• Manage new tax registrations and updates across the region.
• Report and resolve data quality issues; ensure BOM data availability and conduct periodic data health checks.
• Identify process improvement or cost‑saving opportunities and maintain effective controls to ensure accuracy of all tax filings.
• Serve as point of contact for authorities across Europe BU markets, review and approve data packets, and provide accurate data during audits.
