Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Bengaluru seeks a Manager - Sustainability Consulting to shape ESG strategies for occupier and investor clients. This customer- and executive-facing role sits within the West Asia Sustainability Consulting team and reports to the Head of Sustainability Consulting.

The successful candidate has 5–10 years engineering or sustainability consulting experience, will deliver audits, decarbonisation roadmaps, and ESG studies while leading client engagements and supporting BD

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience preferably an engineer with sustainability consulting projects.
• Experience in ESG services or related roles is preferred.
• Customer facing and executive facing experience desirable.

Title Manager - Sustainability Consulting, West Asia Business unit Sustainability Consulting - India Reporting to Head of Sustainability Consulting

Duties & responsibilities

What this job involves

This role aims to work with JLL’s global and local occupier and investor clients to deliver upon their Sustainability ambitions.

This role is customer facing, Executive facing, and team oriented.

Consulting work

• Work closely with Sustainability specialists’ team and front end with the client for business pitches and deliver work related to Sustainable Strategies, Decarbonisation Audits, Net Zero carbon roadmap development, benchmarking, Energy Audits, Waste Audits, Work related to IGBC/ LEED Green Building Certification and WELL.
• Learn to get good at ESG and LCA studies addressing embodied carbon, net zero strategic consulting work
• Join client connections, pitches etc. to provide sustainability positioning and market differentiation
• Assist in managing the overall BD and sales process, maintaining regular contact with your stakeholders to keep pursuits moving ahead
• Create a pool of case studies, client success stories, testimonials, research and sales material which can be used in sales situations

Performance objectives

• Deliver Sustainability Audits and strategy work, develop and present reports to clients for the consulting work.
• Be a team player
• Perform net zero and sustainability related work and deliver ESG consulting assignments

Background and Experience

• 5 to 10 years experience preferably an engineer with a background in sustainability consulting projects, ESG services or in a related role.

Location: On-site -Bengaluru, KA, Mumbai, MH
