Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a professional in India to support the Fiber Plan and monitor sustainable fiber initiatives while overseeing social compliance across Zara Home manufacturing units in India. The role requires collaboration with suppliers to ensure brand requirements and ethical standards are met.

You will track corrective actions and drive continuous improvement, ensuring labour law compliance and confidentiality of all information and documents.

Responsibilities

• Partner with suppliers to communicate brand requirements, provide guidance on compliance expectations, and support the implementation of initiatives aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage social compliance across Zara Home manufacturing units in India, ensuring adherence to labor laws, ethical standards and company policies.
• Track and monitor Corrective Action Plans to ensure timely closure of audit findings, strengthen supplier compliance performance, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing units

Additional Information

Experience 5-10yrs

Qualification Bachelor/master’s degree with work experience in Supply chain social audits (including in raw materials supply chain).

Language skills Very good verbal and written control of English and Hindi
