Job summary

Lam Research in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Production Planning leader to drive factory scheduling in a global matrix environment. You will translate demand into executable plans, co-own sizing with Demand Management, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics.

The role requires 8–13 years in production planning or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain factory production plans based on demand, capacity, and supply constraints.
• Translate demand into executable build plans and dynamically adjust to changing priorities.
• Co‑own monthly factory sizing with Demand Management to align demand vs. operational readiness.
• Identify and resolve capacity constraints; drive prioritization for customer needs.
• Track performance to plan and drive cycle time, throughput, and execution improvements.
• Partner with Master Scheduling, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics for execution alignment.
• Ensure accuracy of planning inputs (forecast, inventory, capacity) and maintain process governance.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and factory performance.

• Experience drivingprocess improvements or digital/analytics initiatives
