Join Lam as an Operations Business Analyst, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives with the Global Manufacturing inventory. With your data analytical expertise, you collect and analyse data through a range of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and apps, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. This role typically serves as a business analyst and responsible for maintaining inventory strategies that improve product availability, reduce costs, and optimize working capital. You will bebroadly
Responsible to drive projects within inventory space with minimal supervision across cross functional teams. These projects are typically balance between reduction in shortages to launch and E&O Exposure.
Responsible for analysing and tracks inventory issues by conducting data analysis and proactively highlight and coordinate on the resolving issues. Highlight the service alerts and E&O risk and coordinate to resolve the issues
Analyse inventory trends and recommend replenishment strategies. Parodic refresh the replenishment parameter.
Assess the inventory health parameters and identify the gaps to the target
Education background in Operations Management and understanding of E2E Supply chain
Basic understanding of Inventory Management principles
Critical thinking and problem-solving capability
Exposure to SAP, Kinaxis, O9 and any other planning application
