Job summary

Tata Consulting Engineers Limited in Pune is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage site HR activities for EPC/PMC projects. You will oversee onboarding, induction, attendance, and the entire employee lifecycle at site, while coordinating manpower planning and vendor workforce deployment.

You will ensure compliance with labour laws and contractor management, handle grievances and disciplinary actions, and support performance management and training initiatives to strengthen project

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in site/project HR (EPC/PMC preferred).
• Knowledge of labor laws and contractor management.
