Hoola Health is seeking a dedicated Support Executive to manage parent communication, appointment coordination, and follow-up support across its pediatric clinics. The role focuses on timely assistance, clear communication, and seamless scheduling to reduce missed appointments and enhance the overall clinic experience.

The candidate should have 0–3 years in customer support or coordination, be fluent in English and regional languages, and be comfortable using CRM and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer support, patient coordination or call center operations.
• Clear and empathetic communication with parents.
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple calls and schedules.
• Coordinate efficiently with clinic teams.
• Familiar with CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools.
• Healthcare or hospital experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming parent calls for pediatric consultations and appointment bookings.
• Confirm and coordinate doctor appointment slots across clinics.
• Manage appointment rescheduling requests and slot changes.
• Conduct appointment confirmation calls to reduce no-shows.
• Follow up with parents after consultations to check experience and satisfaction.
• Escalate concerns to clinic or management when needed.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate closely with clinic teams for smooth scheduling and communication.
