Are you passionate about NOC Support, Live Streaming, OTT Platforms and Video Operations?

We are looking for a highly motivated Support Engineer - OTT / Live Streaming to join our support team. This role is responsible for monitoring, supporting, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless delivery of live and on-demand video content across OTT platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in NOC support, incident management, monitoring tools, live streaming operations, video delivery technologies and customer-facing support environments.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in NOC Support, Technical Support, NOC Operations, Live Operations, or OTT Support environments.
• Experience supporting OTT platforms, live streaming workflows, media delivery systems or digital video services.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting live video streaming events.
• Experience using ticketing and service management tools
• Knowledge of video encoding, transcoding, packaging and content delivery workflows.
• Understanding of CDN concepts and video distribution architectures.
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments and analyzing application logs.
• Experience supporting cloud-based applications and services (AWS preferred).
• Ability to analyze large volumes of operational data and identify patterns impacting service quality.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively during high-pressure live events and critical incidents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support for streaming video delivery pipelines and OTT consumer devices.
• Understanding of video encoding and transcoding technologies.
• Fundamental knowledge of AWS technologies.
• Experience with on-site, live video production or master control facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute multiple live streaming events concurrently; be the sole owner of many tier-1 live events for our customers making sure they have the highest quality experience.
• Work with senior engineers and other teams on high-severity, active support issues, prioritizing mitigation while investigating root-cause fixes.
• Deliver reports to senior leadership and follow up on post-event tasks.
• Aid in testing of operational tools that improve efficiency through automation.
• Drive long-term solutions to issues and eliminate risk of recurrence.
• Understand high-level technical aspects of streaming video systems and services and correlate a/v defects to root causes.
• Work on live video operations and maintenance, driving efficiency improvements through automation.
• Live event system and support reporting.
• Customer notification and workflow co-ordination with follow-up to maintain service level agreements.
• Creating and maintaining team specific knowledge-base articles and operational and training documentation.
• Onboarding new properties, ensure documentation is complete, tools are updated, and engineers trained prior to launch.
