Job Description:

Do you love problem solving and helping others? Poshmark is looking for a Payments Associate who will focus on resolving customer issues related to payouts and payment acceptance. In addition to operational work, you will help evolve our payment processes and develop scalable solutions to improve the user experience, minimize customer recontacts, and increase team efficiency. This is an entry-level position.

Responsibilities:

1. Resolve escalated issues for our users relating to payouts and payment acceptance
2. Provide a high level of customer support while meeting goals for ticket resolution and customer satisfaction
3. Help develop efficiency improvements and scalable solutions in the payments area
4. Monitor the health of our financial systems and act as a first point of contact for escalating system-wide processing issues
5. Work directly with our financial institutions
6. Collaborate closely with other teams to investigate high-value orders or activity

Requirements:

1. Minimum 0-1 year’s operational, customer support or other applicable experience. Freshers can apply
2. Great attention to detail and highly organized
3. Ability to identify issues and problem solve
4. Customer service mindset
5. Strong work ethic
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Collaborative and strong teamwork skills
8. Experience using customer support software preferred but not required
