Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Analyst in India to support end-to-end repair supply chain activities, including warehouses, manufacturers, and international logistics. You will leverage analytics, automation, and AI tools to improve visibility, reduce manual effort, and enable data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, monitoring repair status, and maintaining accurate documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supply-chain experience preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics, warehouse, repair/RMA, inventory and analytic reporting.
• Understanding of international shipping and customs clearance.
• Strong data analysis, MIS and management reporting capability.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Excel and Power Automate.

• Monitor repair status, generate weekly reports and track turnaround times.

Role Summary

Support end-to-end repair supply chain operations covering warehouse coordination, manufacturer repairs, international logistics, customs clearance, inventory control and MIS reporting. Apply analytics, automation and approved AI tools to improve visibility, identify exceptions, reduce manual effort and support faster, data-based decisions.

What You Will Do

Warehouse & Outbound Repair Shipments

• Arrange faulty-unit shipments from warehouses to manufacturers and provide complete shipment advice.
• Coordinate warehouses, logistics providers and manufacturers for timely movement and customs clearance.
• Resolve short, partial, missing, damaged or delayed shipment cases.
• Monitor stock availability, faulty inventory, pending actions and ageing exceptions.

Manufacturer & Repair Coordination

• Monitor repair status, weekly manufacturer reports, ageing units and repair turnaround time (TAT).
• Arrange return shipments of repaired units and provide arrival information to the receiving warehouse.
• Support customs clearance and resolve shipment discrepancies at origin and destination.
• Reconcile manufacturer-held stock against internal repair and inventory records.

Reporting, Reconciliation & Controls

• Maintain accurate shipment, repair, inventory and import/export documentation.
• Prepare KPI and management reports covering TAT, ageing repairs, stock, shipment status and exceptions.
• Perform routine inventory reconciliation and keep operational trackers complete and current.
• Support review and submission of supplier, repair, freight and related operational invoices.

Stakeholder & Process Management

• Manage enquiries with warehouses, manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal teams.
• Escalate significant delays, inventory discrepancies and clearance issues with clear supporting information.
• Analyze recurring repair, shipment and inventory issues; support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage multiple priorities and follow up on overdue actions through closure.

Use data & automation:

Apply Power BI, Power Query, SQL, advanced Excel and Power Automate for analysis, dashboards, reconciliation and automated reporting.

Apply AI practically:

Use approved AI tools to identify trends/exceptions, summarise data, support root-cause analysis and simplify repetitive operational work.

What You Will Bring

• 1-2 years of supply-chain experience preferred, with knowledge of logistics, warehouse, repair/RMA, inventory and operational analytics.
• Understanding of international shipping, import/export documentation and customs clearance.
• Strong data analysis, reconciliation, MIS and management reporting capability.
• Skills in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, advanced Excel and Power Automate.
• Ability to use Generative AI and automation responsibly for analysis, reporting and process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Full-time MBA from a reputed business school; international business/trade exposure is preferred.
