Job summary

Blue Yonder Pvt Ltd is seeking a Solution Architect - Consulting with 7+ years in supply chain planning implementations. You will lead global transformations, architect scalable planning solutions, and drive discussions with senior stakeholders.

Relevant hands-on experience with BY ESP, Demand-Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization and platforms like Kinaxis, o9, SAP APO/IBP, Oracle SCP is highly valued. Strong SQL/Python and cloud-native architectures are pluses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning implementations and consulting.
• Hands-on implementation experience in BY ESP, Demand Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Order Promising and ASP.
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex global supply chain transformations across multiple industries.
• Strong supply chain domain expertise is mandatory and non-negotiable.
• Excellent customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to independently drive solution discussions and architect scalable solutions.

Solution Architect - Consulting

Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning implementations and consulting. Proven hands-on implementation experience in BY ESP, Demand Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Order Promising, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions. Strong implementation experience in similar planning platforms such as Kinaxis, o9, OMP, SAP APO / IBP, and Oracle Supply Chain Planning will be considered an added advantage. Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex global supply chain transformations across CPG, Hi-Tech, Process Manufacturing, Automotive, and Industrial Manufacturing industries. Strong supply chain domain expertise is mandatory and non-negotiable. Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to independently drive solutioning discussions and architect scalable solutions for complex customer requirements.

Technical Skills

Good to have: Experience in SQL Python Experience with ORACLE and SNOWFLAKE databases Strong understanding of Supply Chain data models Experience with cloud-native planning architectures API and Integration architecture understanding BY Platform / Data Cloud / BYDM exposure AI / Digital Skills Understanding of AI/ML-driven planning capabilities in Supply Chain. Exposure to ML-based forecasting and intelligent planning solutions. Knowledge or experience in Agentic AI, AI-driven automation, or GenAI-based implementation accelerators will be a strong advantage.

Preferred Profile

Strong architecting and deep solutioning mindset. Ability to think beyond standard product functionality to solve customer business challenges. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead customer discussions independently. Experience working in global consulting or supply chain transformation programs preferred. APICS / Supply Chain certifications preferred.
