Job summary

AlgoLeap Technologies Pvt Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Solution Architect to translate business requirements into scalable o9 solutions, guiding the implementation team through the project lifecycle.

You will work directly with clients and cross-functional teams, lead blueprinting, design, and UAT, and ensure governance, quality, and timely delivery across complex supply chain planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a client-facing and cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Client Requirement Management: Discuss, understand, validate, and finalize high-level business and functional requirements with clients.
• Solution Blueprinting: Lead and support blueprinting sessions to understand business processes, identify gaps, and define the appropriate o9 solution approach.
• Solution Design: Translate business requirements into high-level solution designs aligned with o9 capabilities, industry best practices, and client objectives.
• Requirement Breakdown: Break down high-level requirements into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for development.
• Development Team Guidance: Provide architectural and functional guidance to the build team during user story development, ensuring the solution is aligned with the approved design.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• UAT Support: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support issue resolution, validate delivered functionality, and ensure the solution meets agreed business requirements.
• User Training: Support and participate in user training, helping business users understand the implemented solution and its key functionalities.
• Solution Governance: Ensure consistency between business requirements, solution design, development, testing, and final implementation.
