Job description
The opportunity

Act as single point of contact for Handling Synergi cases (before REIWA) and the SE Service Q notifications – follow up (After REIWA) on issues and closure, Q cost analysis , Process Flow and Value stream mapping.

How you'll make an impact
  • You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of processes in Adonis.

  • You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of documents in OneView / xECM.

  • You will support Global Team as well as LSUs on use of the global tools (Adonis, OneView, xECM).

  • You will create and follow up Synergi cases. After REIWA, check all new Quality notification on data quality and support QM creator in maintaining in Q notifications and Q orders inclusive of cost reflections and allocations.

  • You will create and draw Adonis processes for all teams not having BPM in Service, methodical Review for Adonis processes.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical /Mechanical).

  • Experience in Quality roles and exposure to Customer complaints handling and Service handling process.

  • Proficient in understanding Quality processes and concepts.Prior relevant Industry experience, knowledge of Quality Management and concepts.

  • Proficient in MS-Office, Power BI or any other Business Intelligence tool.

  • Agile response to the changing Business requirements.

  • Stakeholder Management through continuous interaction with Business Leaders and Partners across the globe.

  • Strong problem-solving techniques and tools using L6S approach, ability to work out of offshore/remote locations, self-motivated, willingness to take up and lead new challenges.

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
