Job summary

SAFRAN ELECTRICAL AND POWER INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Supply Chain professional to support daily operations across planning, procurement, logistics, and warehousing. The role interfaces with suppliers, internal plants and Safran sites to streamline material flow and coordinate site activities.

Responsibilities include standardizing SCM practices, driving improvements, and developing reports in SAP, Excel, and Power BI while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to KPIs and HSE norms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Industrial Operations, or Manufacturing.
• Experience in planning, procurement, logistics, or SCM projects.
• Experience in multi-site or industrial environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support all Supply Chain functions in daily operations (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Supplier Management).
• Contribute to standardization of Supply Chain ways of working across the site.
• Act as interface between suppliers, internal plants, and other Safran sites.
• Support plant coordination and material flow activities.
• Assist in site setup, ramp up, and growth initiatives from a Supply Chain perspective.
• Liaise with Production, Quality, Engineering, Finance to align processes.
• Support ongoing Supply Chain improvement and transformation projects.
• Develop reports and dashboards using SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in SAP transactions and reporting.
• Support preparation of process documentation, standards, and work instructions.
• Contribute to change management and user support during implementation of new processes or tools.
• Maintain KPIs.
• Perform HSE duties as per job requirements and follow HSE norms.
