Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain/procurement.
• MBA or equivalent in business-related field.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Convert sales orders and forecasts into procurement plans.
• Manage sourcing, RFQs, negotiations and purchase orders.
• Ensure on-time material availability for production and dispatch.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stockouts/excess stock.
• Build and manage vendor relationships and performance reviews.
• Identify alternate suppliers and reduce supply risk.
• Track procurement and supply chain KPIs.
• Work closely with Sales, Production, Quality and Finance teams.
• Improve cost efficiency and drive process improvements.
• Ensure ERP discipline and documentation (SAP preferred).
• Lead and mentor a small SCM/procurement team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with demand planning and forecasting tools.
