We are seeking a seasoned supply chain professional to lead end-to-end planning and execution, coordinating with foundries and OSATs to meet commitments and drive efficiency.

You will optimize inventory, manage capacity, and monitor key metrics, ensuring data integrity in SAP and Arena PLM while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA or advanced degree is an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, VBA, and automation tools.
• APICS CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and maintain supply plans across wafer fabrication, assembly, and test.
• Direct production schedules to meet customer commitments and revenue targets.
• Optimize inventory health balancing service levels with working capital and turns.
• Collaborate with foundries and OSATs to ensure capacity to meet plans.
• Lead reviews with suppliers to monitor plans, performance and risk mitigation.
• Track KPIs on backlog coverage, forecast consumption, inventory health, and capacity.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Supply Planning & Execution

• Formulate and maintain comprehensive supply plans across wafer fabrication, assembly, and test phases, balancing customer backlog and demand forecasts against manufacturing capacity.
• Direct production schedules, managing wafer starts and releases to consistently meet customer commitments and corporate revenue targets.
• Optimize global inventory health, strategically balancing customer service levels with working capital and inventory-turn targets.

Partner Collaboration & Capacity Management

• Collaborate closely with foundries and OSATs to build and execute resilient manufacturing plans, ensuring sufficient capacity to meet rolling business requirements.
• Lead regular operational reviews with external suppliers to monitor build plans, vendor performance, and risk-mitigation activities.
• Act as the primary escalation point for manufacturing, capacity, and delivery bottlenecks, coordinating cross-functional actions for timely resolution.
• Proactively identify supply chain risks including material shortages, capacity constraints, and delivery disruptions, and drive alignment with internal teams and external partners.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics related to backlog coverage, supply attainment, forecast consumption, inventory health, and capacity utilization.
• Ensure data integrity within ERP (SAP) and PLM (Arena) systems to maintain accurate planning and supply commitments.
• Champion continuous improvement, automation, and process standardization initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and supply chain agility.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, VBA, and automation tools.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management, supply planning, production planning, or procurement within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience in fabless semiconductor operations with direct engagement with foundries and OSAT partners.
• Strong understanding of ERP and MRP systems with hands-on planning and execution experience.
• Experience with inventory optimization methodologies including JIT, VMI, and other supply chain best practices.
