Job summary

Accenture in Mumbai is hiring for the role of Supply Chain Operations New Associate. You will join the Supply Chain Planning Team handling end-to-end supply planning and order management, from order creation to fulfillment and billing, with focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role involves designing and implementing best practices in process, organization, and technology for orderly procurement, inventory management and distribution across networks.

Qualifications

• Inventory management: monitor stock levels and minimize stockouts without overstocking.
• Replenishment planning: develop strategies based on sales trends and forecasts.
• Order management: place POs aligning with demand and inventory.
• Cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Includes Distributed Order Management for both online and physical networks.

What would you do

Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize 5 for every 1 spent on our servicesYou will be part of Supply Chain Planning Team which is responsible for end to end supply planning and executionAssess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing.Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.

What are we looking for

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure product availability, minimizing stockouts while avoiding overstock situations.
• Replenishment Planning: Develop and execute replenishment strategies based on sales trends, forecasts, and inventory performance;Supplier Relations: Collaborate with suppliers to manage order cycles, lead times, and delivery schedules. Foster strong relationships to ensure smooth operations.
• Order Management: Place purchase orders in line with demand forecasts and inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries.
