Job summary

Accenture in Navi Mumbai invites applications for a Supply Chain Operations Associate to manage end-to-end order planning and fulfillment across procurement, distribution and aftermarket service.

You will contribute to the Order Management process from order creation to fulfillment, invoicing and billing reconciliation, working with a focused team in a fast-paced environment. A graduation is required and 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Primary skill: Order Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations.
• Be part of Supply Chain Planning Team responsible for end-to-end supply planning and execution.
• Assess, design, build and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, including PO receipt, invoicing, inventory availability and promise.
• Includes Distributed Order Management for online and physical networks.

What would you do?

• Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations
• You will be part of Supply Chain Planning Team which is responsible for end to end supply planning and execution
• Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing
• Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management
