Job summary

Mace in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to support procurement, vendor management, logistics coordination, inventory control, and overall supply chain operations for a Data Centre project. Ideal candidates have 8-15 years of experience in data centre procurement, with strong ERP and MRP familiarity, and a track record of cost-saving initiatives and supplier performance management.

The role requires hands-on coordination of procurement, supplier negotiations, and timely delivery

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Experience with Data Centre projects is required.
• Proficient in vendor management and cost-saving initiatives.
• Experience with ERP and MRP processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and purchasing activities for materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, and process purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and support material requirement planning (MRP).
• Manage logistics, transportation, warehousing, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain vendor relationships.
• Support contract negotiations and cost-saving initiatives.
• Generate procurement and supply chain reports and maintain ERP records.

Required Experience - 8-15 Years

Education:-

• BBA (Supply Chain Management)
• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Industrial, Production)or related discipline.

Mandatory Experience -

• Supply Chain / Procurement experience in Data Centre projects.
