Job summary

Regami Solutions is seeking a proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Engineer to manage end-to-end material planning, procurement coordination, and logistics for electronics manufacturing. You will handle BOM-driven sourcing, vendor coordination, inventory control, and both domestic and international shipments to ensure uninterrupted production and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include securing component availability, AVL coordination, RFQ and PO processes, and ERP-based inventory control.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electronics BOM and component lifecycle.
• Experience with lead time management and demand planning.
• ERP familiarity with SAP/Oracle for procurement and planning.

Responsibilities

• Track lead times, shortages, and allocation risks; coordinate AVL with engineering.
• Work with vendors on RFQs, pricing, lead time negotiations, and PO tracking.

• Monitor inventory levels, ERP records, and minimize excess/obsolete stock.
• Identify supply risks and optimize logistics, inventory, and procurement costs.

About Role:

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Engineer to manage end-to-end material planning, procurement coordination, and logistics for electronics manufacturing. The role involves handling BOM-driven sourcing, vendor coordination, inventory control, and domestic/international shipments to ensure uninterrupted production and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Planning

• Manage material planning based on BOM and production schedules
• Ensure availability of electronic components (ICs, passives, connectors, PCBs)
• Track component lead times, shortages, and allocation risks
• Coordinate with engineering for AVL (Approved Vendor List) and alternates

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Work with vendors for:
  • RFQs, pricing, and lead time negotiation
  • PO placement and order tracking
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships (distributors, OEMs)
• Handle sourcing from:
  • Authorized distributors
  • Local/global vendors

Logistics & Shipment Handling

• Manage end-to-end logistics:
  • Domestic and international shipments
  • Import/export documentation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and courier partners
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to factory/customer
• Handle customs clearance, duties, and compliance

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and aging
• Maintain ERP records for inward/outward materials
• Reduce excess and obsolete inventory

Risk & Cost Management

• Identify supply risks (EOL components, shortages, geopolitical risks)
• Optimize logistics cost, inventory holding cost, and procurement cost
• Plan buffer stock and alternate sourcing strategies

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong understanding of:
