Job Overview

Hybrid working model: 3 days office, 2 days work from home per week. Shift: 12:30pm IST to 9:30pm IST.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support to functional areas using common process tools.
  • Ensure data integrity of all analytics and reports.
  • Analyze and interpret KPIs to identify improvement areas and action plans.
  • Participate in Six Sigma and supply chain improvement projects.
  • Use business systems to provide repeatable analytics and reporting.

Technical Skills
  • Materials Planning System utilization – primary tool day‑to‑day operations; occasionally use Excel, Access, TOAD, OMS.
  • PFEP – planning and design of systems for end‑to‑end supply chain.
  • Analysis and troubleshooting – extract, transform, model, present planning data.
  • Inventory management and optimization – determine optimal inventory investment, develop strategies aligned with Cummins' strategy.
  • Material planning – advanced tools such as APCC, BI dashboards; decisions on parts availability, inventory optimisation.
  • Materials KPI management – compare outputs to expectations, drive improvement.
Education & Licenses

College, university, or equivalent degree required. Position may require licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Minimal to intermediate level of experience required.
