Aristocrat is seeking a Supply Chain Accountant to join its Global Supply Chain Finance team in the United States. The role supports financial accounting for integration centers and requires strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities include month-end close, cost analysis, standard costs in Dynamics 365, and providing guidance to cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supply chain accounting experience and proficiency in Excel.

This role is a critical part of our Global Supply Chain Finance team and will support the financial accounting of our integration centers.

What You'll Do

• Perform month-end close activities including preparation of journal entries, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Prepare and upload annual standard costs into Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Monitor and analyze integration center costs, standard costs, and production variances, providing regular performance reporting and insights.
• Provide accounting guidance to both accounting and non-accounting colleagues
• Support personnel at integration centers and their associated business unit management with ad hoc accounting information and analysis
• Prepare audit support and documentation for internal and external auditors
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance and supply chain departments.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• More than 3 years of accounting experience, ideally within a supply chain setting
• Proven track record of success in financial analysis and reporting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, xlookups, sumifs, etc.)
• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively with others
• Diligent with a dedication to maintaining flawless accuracy
• Ambitious approach with a drive to compete and excel in a dynamic environment.
