Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in systems, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Experience with identity and access management solutions (MFA, access governance).
• Hands-on with Okta, Entra ID, CrowdStrike, Qualys, and Intune.
• Experience in cloud/hybrid infra, including Azure, VMware, Nutanix.
• Strong Windows Server administration and Active Directory knowledge.
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Willingness to stay updated on infra and cybersecurity tech.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cybersecurity on IAM platforms (Okta, Entra ID, CrowdStrike, Qualys, Intune).
• Manage identity lifecycle: provisioning, modifications, de-provisioning.
• Deploy and support MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint policies.
• Implement infra updates and security patches.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation, audits, and compliance.
• Coordinate security controls with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams.
• Support and maintain virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix).
• Contribute to hybrid cloud implementations across on-prem and cloud.
• Set up and manage Windows Server in dev/test/prod.
• Monitor performance, availability, capacity; pre-empt issues.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to assist with identity and access management platforms, including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CrowdStrike, Qualys, and Microsoft Intune.
• Manage identity lifecycle activities, including user provisioning, modifications, and de-provisioning in accordance with security and compliance requirements.
• Deploy and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, endpoint compliance policies, and access governance controls.
• Implement infrastructure updates, security patches, and technology improvements that improve system security and operational efficiency.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation, access reviews, audit activities, and compliance initiatives.
• Work together with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams to guarantee consistency in security controls, operational requirements, and risk management priorities.
• Support and maintain virtualized environments using VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix technologies.
• Contribute to the implementation and management of hybrid cloud solutions spanning on-premises and cloud environments.
• Set up, manage, and resolve issues in Windows Server environments across development, testing, and production platforms.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact operations.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in systems, infrastructure, or platform engineering within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience assisting with identity and access management solutions, including MFA, access governance, and modern authentication technologies.
• Practical experience working with platforms like Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CrowdStrike, Qualys, and Microsoft Intune.
• Good experience supporting cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments, including Microsoft Azure, VMware, and Nutanix.
• Proven experience coordinating and fixing issues in Windows Server environments.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and access management methods.
• Understanding of data center operations, infrastructure maintenance, hardware lifecycle management, and patch management processes.
• Foundational knowledge of networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and fix skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Dedication to ongoing education and keeping up-to-date with the latest infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies.
