Job summary

ATA is seeking a Supply Base Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management across 3PL partners, transporters, and warehouses. The role emphasizes cost efficiency, service excellence, and end-to-end supply chain reliability.

The candidate will drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with procurement, operations, logistics, and external partners. Extensive travel for supplier visits is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B. Com), or a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Vendor Management.
• Proven experience in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), 3PL management, and logistics operations.
• Strong exposure to freight management, transportation (air, sea), warehousing, and distribution networks.
• Experience in supplier performance monitoring, KPI management (OTIF, lead time, cost), and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and procurement.
