Job summary

DHR Holding India is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to safeguard product quality and patient safety across global supplier networks. You will drive supplier quality improvements, manage change controls, and lead investigations to resolve issues while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field with at least 6 years in manufacturing or quality assurance, ideally in biotech or pharma environments.

Job Summary

The Supplier Quality Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for ensuring exceptional product quality for patient safety, customer value beyond expectations, regulatory assurance, and optimized cost of quality.

Responsibilities

• Primary areas of focus will be managing supplier change requests across multiple manufacturing sites globally.
• Support supplier qualification, part/process qualification, issue resolution and improving supplier quality performance through continuous improvement activities and quality plan implementation.
• Effectively problem solve with the skills to lead Root Cause investigations / CAPA plans and ability to influence others cross-functionally
• Collaborate with Suppliers and internal Stakeholders to drive Quality improvements that minimize the Costs of Quality and support implementation of Supplier/Engineering Changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field; minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering or quality assurance, or quality engineering preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience in managing change controls with multiple manufacturing sites
• Excellent communicator and collaborator who can influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in supplier qualification and working with suppliers, especially in operations and at Gemba
