However, such retired non-gazetted staff who were granted Financial Upgradation in Level-8/Level-9 under the Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme (MACPS)/who were granted Financial Upgradation to Level-8 (Non-gazetted) due to upgradation of certain Group 'C' cadres as per Railway Board's letter No. PC-VII/2019/RSRP/3(Pt.1) (RBE No. 155/2022), are also eligible to volunteer.- Exclusions: Retired Non-gazetted staff being re-engaged should not have been covered under the Safety Related Retirement Scheme/Liberalized Active Retirement Scheme for Guaranteed Employment for Safety Staff (LARSGESS). Employees who were Removed/Dismissed/Compulsorily Retired as a result of Disciplinary action or Age Review are NOT ELIGIBLE for re-engagement.- Integrity: Candidates must possess high Integrity. In case of any doubtful Integrity, they will not be considered for re-engagement. The retired employees proposed to be re-engaged should be free from DAR/VIG cases before their re-engagement.- Medical Fitness: Candidates must be medically fit in the appropriate medical category, for which they will have to undergo the prescribed medical examination, as per the existing practice.
