Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. in Sri City, India, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join the on-site team.

You will ensure accurate weighing and blending of materials, operate pumps, mixers and fillers, manage material movement, and maintain SAP-based batch documentation in line with GMP/HACCP standards. The role requires a graduate or diploma, SAP knowledge (mandatory for higher levels), and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• Education: Any graduate or Diploma.
• SAP knowledge mandatory (Executive/Senior Executive levels).
• Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Excel.
• Physical capability to safely handle heavy materials and equipment.
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP and workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate compounding of materials by SOPs and safety requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across production areas per GMP/HACCP.
• Operate production equipment such as pumps, mixers, and fillers.
• Manage material movement, including 25 kg bags and 200 kg drums.
• Maintain SAP-based documentation for batch numbers, material numbers, and shop floor records.
