Job summary

Dilip Buildcon is seeking an On-Site Safety Supervisor to oversee safety operations across road projects in Bhagalpur and nearby sites. You will monitor daily site activities, conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and issue Permits to Work (PTW) for high-risk tasks such as work at heights and excavation near water bodies.

You will inspect heavy construction machinery for valid third-party certifications, lead toolbox talks and inductions for workers and subcontractors, and ensure strict adherence to

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities across assigned road stretches, elevated piers, and sub-structure earthworks.
• Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and issue Permits to Work (PTW) for high-risk tasks: working at heights, heavy lifting, structural piling, excavation near water bodies, and hot work.
• Inspect heavy construction machinery (cranes, piling rigs, asphalt plants, excavators) to ensure valid third-party certifications and proper operation.
• Execute daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety inductions for direct workers and subcontractor labour.
