Position Summary:

Responsible AI Support: Supervisor, Data Governance

McDonald’s is on an exciting journey to harness the power of AI to drive the next wave of innovation and growth. A critical component of this work is ensuring that we have the right governance in place to execute our AI strategy safely and responsibly. In this role, you will work closely with the Enterprise Data, Analytics and AI (EDAA) team to support the execution of Responsible AI process and standards at McDonald’s globally. This role will work in close collaboration with internal expert risk functions such as the Privacy team, Cyber Security, and Enterprise Risk Management.

Who we’re looking for:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Guide business AI requests through the AI risk review process and AI development lifecycle
  • Perform ongoing AI use case monitoring and AI inventory asset management
  • Create and distribute weekly reporting on the status of AI use cases, identifying and addressing any issues or risks with Responsible AI Manager
  • Suggest and help drive continuous process and standards improvement in partnership with your Responsible AI leadership
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory environment in Responsible AI
  • Collaborate closely with Data Privacy, Cyber Security, Enterprise Data Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, and Internal Audit

Skill:

  • 1-2+ years experience in responsible AI or related fields such as data governance, data privacy, or compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Data Science, or related field
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance and governance tools, especially Collibra

Good To Have Skills:

  • Understanding of responsible AI basics including compliance regulations, risk and review processes, data privacy, and data security
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with attention to detail and strong organization
  • Able to communicate with wide variety executives and cross-functional business, Legal, and IT stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner with a passion for data, analytics, AI, and governance topics

Work location: Hyderabad, India

Work pattern: Full time role.
